The app is based on principles from cognitive behavioral psychotherapy and offers four main features:
<ol>
 <li>Mood tracker: This feature allows users to track their daily mood and identify the situations or contexts that trigger emotional reactions. It helps create a better understanding of one's emotional state and awareness of activities or people that have a positive or negative impact.</li>
 <li>Negative thoughts tracker: Drawing inspiration from cognitive behavioral therapy, this feature helps users identify and challenge automatic negative thoughts that affect their mood and psychological well-being. It provides interactive techniques to analyze and combat these negative thinking patterns.</li>
 <li>Tracker of cognitive distortions: Providing valuable insights into common cognitive distortions, this feature helps users recognize flaws in their thinking and behavior. It teaches them how to identify and address these distortions for improved mental clarity.</li>
 <li>Advice from a psychotherapist (upcoming feature): In future updates, the app plans to offer practical advice from a professional psychotherapist. This advice will cover various topics and help users address issues across different areas of their lives.</li>
</ol>

The app currently offers subscription options, including a weekly plan with a 3-day free trial at $7.99 and an annual plan with a 7-day free trial at $99.99. Please note that subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to the user's iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
